In the foreground the plaza shows a few low rectangular stone benches and stepped platforms, and a group of people walking and sitting; their clothing appears as dark and light gray silhouettes. Tall slender street lamps rise from the plaza casting long diagonal shadows. A few small trees with dark gray foliage are visible near the bottom edge. The sky above is a pale gray expanse.
