Warsaw Masovian Voivodeship., The image shows a flat, off-white page with a vertical crease down the center and two small punched holes near the middle; on the left side there is a simple wooden shelving unit with a rectangular top and base, vertical supports, and two horizontal shelves, rendered in brown and darker brown tones with thin darker accents; on the right side there is a decorative wooden stand with a curved, lyre-like shape and vertical rod elements in golden yellow between the curved sides, sitting on a shaped base, rendered in brown and reddish-brown hues with darker outlines; faint pencil lines and small stamps appear near the page edges, and the overall background is a pale cream color.
