Gdansk ducat; Klüwer, Filip fl. 1588–1601, mintmaster co-creator; Sigismund III Vasa King of Poland; r. 1587–1632, issuer; struck in Gdansk, Poland; coin., A round gold-colored coin shown against a white background with a raised profile of a bearded man wearing a crown and a ruffled collar at the center; the coin surface has decorative beaded borders and a ring of raised lettering around the edge that is not described, and the portrait and crown include detailed engraved lines and textures; the coin shows wear and slight irregularities along its rim and has overall colors of gold and pale yellow.
