Photograph, 11.3 × 16.4 cm., The image shows an outdoor scene of a cemetery with a long wall of arched niches running across the background and a tall church or chapel with a pointed roof and spires rising behind it. In front of the niche wall are several grave markers and monuments including a few upright stone crosses, a tall dark obelisk, and a variety of headstones and fenced plots. There is a statue of a standing figure near the right side and several wreaths or floral arrangements placed on or near some graves. Trees with bare branches rise above and between the monuments, and low metal and wooden railings form enclosures around some plots. The visible colors are shades of gray, brown, black, and muted beige.
