Height 55.6 cm, width 42.5 cm., A seated older man with pale skin and white hair wears a dark coat trimmed with brown fur over a light vest and dark bow tie, sitting in a red upholstered chair; a dark red drapery hangs behind him and a dark green surface with objects is visible to his side, with his hands resting on the chair arm and the surface. The overall palette includes shades of dark brown, deep red, dark green, black, pale skin tones, white, and touches of brown fur, all shown within a dark wooden frame.
