The map area contains hand-colored regions in pale yellow and pink with thin colored borderlines, pale green shaded hills and clusters of small green tree symbols, and scattered small hand-drawn map features. Two small cherubic figures are depicted near the bottom left cartouche, one with reddish clothing and the other with brownish hair, both rendered in flesh tones. The upper left cartouche is flanked by two seated figures, one wearing purple and red and the other wearing blue, both with pale skin tones. The map gridlines and faint hand-drawn rivers and roads are visible on a lightly aged cream background, with a wide cream margin surrounding the map and a narrow black border at the outer edge.
