They are dressed in bishops' robes, holding books, standing on flower-covered ground. Identifying inscriptions above them. Background horizontally engraved with thin lines. A ribbon ornament with raised dots surrounds the composition. On the icon's axis is a medallion topped with a kokoshnik-shaped arch depicting Christ as the High Priest, blessing with both hands. Cherubim and ripidions form a semicircular arch around it. Relief is precise and meticulous, with ornamentation and careful detail. 19th century, Russia. Materials: metal. Dimensions: height 19.8 cm, width 12 cm, depth 0.2 cm., A rectangular metal plaque with a decorative arched top, rendered in a gold color, showing three standing robed figures with halos, each holding a book or object, framed by a beaded border and a patterned lower edge; above the figures a raised arch contains a reclining figure flanked by ornamental elements, and a group of carved angelic or winged heads rises from the top; the background and plaque are gold against a neutral light gray backdrop.
