Jug, unknown Cypriot workshop, Cyprus, 1900–1650 BC. Vessel White painted ware with spherical bottom and bulging pear-shaped body transitioning in the upper part into two tubular spouts with protruding walls; a ring-shaped vise protrudes between them. Covered with white paint and decorated with brownish-red paint. A zigzag ornament runs around the body for one-third of the vessel's height, flanked on each side by two horizontal lines; below are four bands of lines converging at the bottom. The upper part of the body has four stripes filled with diagonal, intersecting lines, separated by serpentine winding lines. The vise is decorated with diagonal lines at the top and brown paint on the sides. At the base of the rims, a zigzag ornament is framed by two lines on either side; above it, vertical lines surround the rims inside and outside. Bronze Age jug, height 15 cm, width 13 cm., An off-white rounded ceramic vessel with a bulbous body and two upward-extending necks, decorated with hand-painted linear and crosshatched patterns in muted brown; the body shows alternating vertical panels of crosshatching and wavy lines, a band of geometric motifs around the widest part, and vertical striped motifs on the necks, all on a light beige background with subtle darker beige wear and spots.
