Cypriot jug, Jug with a flat foot, spherical body, high narrow neck with a strongly tilted spout, and a small vertical handle supported by arms and a ring on the neck. Above the maximum diameter: a black band and a set of five parallel lines framed by thicker bands. On the arms: four sets of concentric circles arranged symmetrically on the sides of the vessel's axis. Handle decorated with transverse lines. Painted pottery; vessel jug. Cypriot — Geometric Period III, 850–750 BC. Origin: Cyprus. Height 10.5 cm, width 7.8 cm., A rounded ceramic vessel with a narrow neck and flared rim sits against a neutral background; the vessel shows earthy tones of beige, tan, brown, and gray with darker brown painted bands and circular spiral motifs near the shoulder, a weathered surface texture with patches of lighter and darker discoloration, and a small flat base supporting its bulbous body.
