The first figure holds the lion's lowered left front paw with its outstretched right hand; its left hand is lowered. The second figure, standing behind the first, holds a four-legged animal hanging upside down by its hind legs in its right hand; its left hand is lowered and extended towards the lion's hind legs. The animal is squeezed into a narrow space between the standing figures. Fantasy creatures; winged lions; Eastern Gallic scene. 14th century BC, Late Bronze Age previously dated 15th–14th century BC.
