Ten small beads from disc-shaped to cylindrical of various diameters and heights. Tell Rad Shakra northeastern Syria, Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin, Al-Jazira Syria/Iraq, ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Decoration., A loop of twisted light-colored cord holds a group of small bead-like objects threaded onto it; several of the beads are smooth and rounded with a beige to light tan color and visible grain, while a few beads have rough, porous surfaces in pale off-white and light gray tones with some darker speckles. The cord appears creamy white and slightly glossy, and the background is a solid medium gray.
