Clay vessel; bowl with an egg-shaped body, rounded bottom, and a straight, non-separated rim slightly bent inwards. Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin, Tell Rad Shakra North-Eastern Syria, Syria. ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Height 7.8 cm; width 10.7 cm., A roughly hemispherical ceramic vessel with a worn, uneven rim that shows a few chips and cracks, displaying a weathered surface texture with small pits and scratches; the exterior is primarily light beige with areas of darker brown and tan discoloration and several small dark spots, while the interior rim has mottled brown staining; the background is a solid muted gray-blue.
