Bowl, unknown northern Mesopotamian workshop, Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC / Early Dynastic III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Clay vessel; egg-shaped bowl with a rounded bottom and a straight, non-separated rim slightly bent inward. Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin; found at Tell Rad Shakra, North-Eastern Syria. Vessel; height 7.8 cm, width 10.7 cm., A rounded ceramic bowl with a chipped rim and visible cracks sits against a solid gray background; the bowl shows a weathered, mottled surface in beige and tan with darker brown spots and smudges, and a few lighter worn areas where the material appears paler.
