Canopic urn, clay, cylindrical shape with flat bottom and flat straight rim. Made on the wheel from Nile clay type NB2, Vienna System. Bottom trimmed with a knife; surface leveled. Outer wall painted with a red rectangle 11.5 cm wide × 11 cm high. Light brown color. Rim partially filled with plaster and painted preservation quite good. New Kingdom, ca. 1550–1069 BC, Deir el-Medina. Vessel; height 23.5 cm, rim diameter 12.5 cm, bottom diameter 11.4 cm., canopic urn function., A cylindrical earthenware vessel with a matte, slightly rough surface in shades of beige and tan, showing a rectangular patch of reddish-brown on one side; the vessel displays small dark specks and pits, horizontal striations and subtle tonal variations in grayish-beige, with a slightly uneven rim and a darker beige base against a neutral gray background.
