Bowl, Egyptian ceramic bowl with conical shape and ring-shaped bottom. Wheel-made from Nile clay type NB2 Vienna System. Surface even, covered with red engobe; inner surface polished. Straight rim slightly curled toward center; bottom wheel-modeled. Black painted band ~1 cm on inside and outside of rim. Vessel color red. Preservation: quite good, minor losses on rim and small surface damages. Comparative: New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty ca. 1550–1295 BC; Tuthmosis III, Deir el-Medina; vessel height 5.5 cm, rim diameter 16.4 cm, bottom diameter 3.6 cm., A shallow, rounded ceramic bowl with a wide rim and a small foot, shown against a pale gray background. The bowl's exterior surface is a warm reddish-brown with patches of darker brown and small areas of rough texture. The rim has a darker, almost blackened band along its top edge. The surface shows several irregular pits and spots of lighter tan and dark brown, giving it a weathered, earthy appearance. The background is a uniform light gray.
