Vessel with an ovoid belly, widest about halfway up. Wide, short, almost cylindrical neck with a rounded, slightly tapering rim and rounded bottom. Made of Nile clay in two parts, joined about one-third of the vessel's height. Even surface, beige color, complete. Ceramic Egyptian vessel, clay vessel; height 35.5 cm, rim diameter 10.2 cm, body diameter 22.2 cm. Old Kingdom, Edfu, ca. 2686–2181 BC. Comparative typology: Reisner, Mycerinus, type V–XI,7 and XV–XVI., A large rounded ceramic jar with a narrow, slightly flared neck and a rounded base, shown against a plain light gray background; the jar surface appears textured and weathered with a mix of earthy browns, muted tans, and subtle grayish tones, with a few darker spots and faint variations in color across its surface.
