Bowl, Egyptian pottery clay vessel, large conical vessel with widest about 4/5 of the height, walls narrowing toward the center, rounded bottom, straight slightly tapering spout. Just below the rim are two parallel horizontal shallow lines. Made of Nile clay NB2 Vienna System. Surface leveled and covered with red engobe; vessel color dark red. Reconstructed from original fragments with losses, including significant rim fragments filled with plaster. Dated to end of ST.P beginning of 1st OP? Old Kingdom, Edfu; c. 2686–2181 BC.
