Mummy-shaped shabti of Horus inscribed Shd Osiris Hor born of Her-ib, justified by the voice, Ptolemaic Period, Egypt, 332–30 BC. Standing on a base with back supported by a pillar; arms crossed on the chest right over left holding hoes in both hands; a basket on the back slung over the left shoulder by a single string. Wears a three-part smooth wig and a long braided beard. Face with proportional features and a slight smile. Inscription in one wide column framed with lines on the front of the legs. Height 11.1 cm., A slender standing human figure sculpture shown in profile on a rectangular base, with a smooth elongated form and a head with discernible facial features and long hair or headdress flowing down the back; the surface shows varied green and brown patina with areas of lighter turquoise and darker verdigris, and some rougher brownish spots and worn textures, while the base is a solid dark gray.
