Ushabti Hora, Mummy-shaped figurine, funerary shabti, Ptolemaic Period, 332–30 BC, Egypt. Standing on a base, back supported by a pillar. Arms crossed on the chest, right over left, holding hoes in both hands. Basket on the back, slung on a single string over the left shoulder. Wearing a three-part smooth wig and a long braided beard. Face with proportional features and a slight smile. Inscribed on the front of the legs in one wide column framed with lines: Shd Osiris Hor born of Her-ib, justified by the voice. Height 11.1 cm., A slender statuette of a standing human figure displayed in profile on a dark rectangular base, with a smooth rounded head and elongated body draped in a long garment that reaches the feet; the surface shows a weathered, mottled appearance in shades of green and turquoise with patches of brown and darker green, and traces of a lighter beige material adhered to one side; the base is matte dark gray.
