Ushabti - fragment, Fragment of the legs of an ushabti figurine preserved from hips to ankles. The back rests on a pillar. Inscribed hieroglyphs placed in ten horizontal bands around the legs of the figurine, separated by thin lines. Mummy-shaped figurine used as grave goods, with depictions of hoes. Ptolemaic Period, 332–30 BC. Found at Tell Atrib. Ushabti; height 8.5 cm, width 3.8 cm., A worn vertical stone fragment with a tapered shape and a rough broken top edge, showing carved horizontal bands of shallow incisions and raised shapes; the surface displays a mix of light beige, sandy tones and areas of pale green patina, with subtle brownish spots and darker weathered edges; the texture alternates between smoother glazed-looking patches and rougher eroded areas, and the fragment is shown against a uniform grey background.
