The lion-skin and mane frame Heracles' face. The finis ranges from black to shiny brown. Condition: the vise and neck are cracked and glued; cracks and abrasions in the finial. 3rd century BC, Calvi place of manufacture, vessel, guttus, height 10.7 cm, diameter 11.5 cm, A small sculpted vessel with a rounded base and a flared rim, predominantly black with worn areas showing brown and terracotta tones, featuring a raised decorative element resembling a stylized human head with textured hair and facial features, a curved handle-like form, and a tapered spout rising from the body; the surface shows patches of wear and uneven coloration, and the background is a smooth gray.
