The object displays a worn, earthy color palette with dominant dark brown to black areas and contrasting terracotta and rusty orange highlights where the raised decoration and edges show through; there are patches of lighter beige and pale wear on the surface. The base edge is slightly flared and shows surface abrasion and small chips, and the piece rests on a clear support that is partially visible beneath it.
