Terracotta figurine of Eros with a goose. Figurine of a standing Eros, positioned frontally, slightly leaning back and facing left, standing on a low rectangular base. He leans on a small column at the left and holds a goose by the neck at the right. The left hand, clasped at the elbow, rests on the top of the column and holds a short cloak halfway up. The cloak, fastened with a fibula over the right shoulder, covers the chest and forms folds and flows along the column. Hair arranged in curls and covered in the upper part by a high diadem. Outstretched wings with straight, defined feathers slightly tilted back. Scratches faded, traces of polychrome. Terracotta; figurine from a mold. 2nd half of the 1st century BC, Asia Minor. Height 14 cm, width 10.2 cm, depth 3.4 cm, weight 0.18 kg., A weathered stone figurine with a rough surface showing tones of beige, pale pink, muted green, and gray stands on a rectangular base; the figure has a rounded head with indistinct facial features, a pair of textured wings extending from the shoulders, and a draped garment that falls to the base, while a smaller rounded form is held near the chest and a curved animal-like shape is positioned beside the figure.
