Bowl, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop, Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC Early Dynastic III period. Deep bowl with a rounded, slightly flattened, carelessly thickened bottom, from which the bowl walls emerge in an arched line. In the upper part the walls are slightly inclined towards the center. The straight, low rim is distinguished by a carelessly engraved line on the outside. Clay vessel; tableware; vice-free vessel. From Tell Jassa el Gharbi, Northeastern Syria Khabur Basin, Northern Mesopotamia. Height 8.7 cm; width 14.4 cm., A rounded, bowl-shaped object with a rough, weathered surface showing a mix of beige, tan, light brown, and gray tones suspended against a solid dark gray background, with visible surface texture including areas of discoloration, fine cracks, and irregular patches suggesting uneven wear.
