Bowl, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop, Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Clay table vessel: bowl with a flat round bottom with traces of trimming, straight flaring conical walls terminating in a straight, non-distinctive rim; whole is asymmetrical. Provenance: Northern Mesopotamia Khabur Basin, Al-Jazira; Tell Jassa el Gharbi North-Eastern Syria., A shallow, rounded bowl with a wide rim shown against a solid muted blue-gray background; the bowl has an uneven, textured surface with visible cracks and repair lines and appears in several shades of beige, tan, and light brown with subtle darker streaks and spots, showing a matte, slightly rough finish.
