Miniature bowl, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop. Early Jazira III / Early Dynastic III period, c. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Clay vessel; miniature bowl with a narrow rounded missing bottom, arched walls terminating in a straight rim. From Tell Jassa el Gharbi, North-eastern Syria Khabur basin, Northern Mesopotamia. Height 3 cm; width 5 cm., A roughly hemispherical earthenware bowl with a textured, uneven rim and interior surface, showing areas of wear and small pits; the bowl appears in shades of tan, beige, and light brown with slightly darker brown patches and speckles, set against a solid medium gray background.
