Fragment of a bottle upper 3/4, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop; Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC / Early Dynastic III period; vice-free clay vessel bottle. The upper 3/4 of a vice-free bottle with a slender ovoid belly and a high neck terminating in a thickened, outwardly turned rim of triangular cross-section. Origin: Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin, Tell Jassa el Gharbi north-eastern Syria. Dimensions: height 18 cm, width 16 cm., A rounded ceramic vessel with a wide flared rim, shown against a solid gray background, displaying a textured surface in shades of beige and light tan with darker brown and faint reddish areas; the vessel has visible cracks and repaired joins, some missing fragments creating small gaps, and a few smudged pale markings on the lower area.
