Fragment of a bottle upper 3/4, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop; Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC / Early Dynastic III period; vice-free clay bottle with a slender ovoid belly and a high neck terminating in a thickened, outwardly turned rim of triangular cross-section; provenance: Tell Jassa el Gharbi north-eastern Syria, Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin; vessel; height 18 cm, width 16 cm., A weathered, rounded ceramic jar with a narrow neck and flared rim sits against a plain gray background; the jar's surface is uneven and cracked with visible repairs and missing fragments, showing a muted palette of beige, tan, light brown, and small darker speckles, along with a few faint darker stains and subtle reddish areas near a damaged section.
