Metallic ware type bowl with a small, flat bottom and straight, tilted walls ending with a straight, slightly thickened, outwardly curled rim. Ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Tell Abu Hafur northeastern Syria, Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin. Vessel; height 7.5 cm, width 11.85 cm, bottom diameter 3.2 cm., A worn, rounded ceramic bowl floats against a gray background, showing a surface of earthy browns and darker brown patches with visible cracks and repaired joins; the rim is slightly irregular and darker along one section, and the bowl’s texture appears rough and matte with subtle horizontal striations and areas of lighter beige-brown.
