Foot-shaped aryballos, unknown Ionian workshop, aryballos, antique vessel, yellow-orange clay with mica, matte black engobe on the surface. Aryballos in the shape of a foot shod in a sandal with a thick sole connected to braided leather straps. The foot ends above the ankle and merges into a narrow neck terminating in an outward-turned rim, decorated from above with radiating lines. A wide, ribbon-like handle is attached vertically to the spout, on which there is an image of a rooster surrounded by dots. Preservation condition: the front part of the foot is filled with plaster. End of the 6th–beginning of the 5th century BC, Ionia Turkey/Greece, vessel., A weathered object resembling a small carved figure with an elongated wing-like projection on one side and a rounded hollow on the other, showing a surface of earthy tan and brown tones with patches of pale green on the wing area and darker brown to black radial markings around the circular opening, set against a uniform gray background.
