Brown-black decoration of concentric circles of varying thickness on the belly, horizontal lines on the rim, and a fine zigzag. 1050–750 BC Cypriot-Geometric Period, Cyprus. Vessel, amphoriskos. Height 10.4 cm, width 6.7 cm., A rounded ceramic vessel with a narrow neck and flaring rim sits upright on a clear support against a neutral gray background; the vessel is primarily terracotta orange with dark brown to black painted linear and geometric banding, including several vertical stripes down the body and a patterned vertical handle that connects the rim to the shoulder, and the rim shows concentric horizontal lines and darker worn areas.
