Amulet β Udzhat Eye;, Udzhat eye amulet, grave good; Eye with openwork eyeball, details marked schematically; ca. 945β656 BC, Third Intermediate Period, 22ndβ25th Dynasty, Egypt; amulet; height 3.4 cm, width 4.2 cm., A small carved object shaped like an eye with a stylized eyebrow and surrounding decorative lines, rendered in bright turquoise with areas of darker teal and black along the raised edges and in the central circular pupil; the surface shows speckled brownish spots and slight discoloration, with a smooth, glazed texture and subtle wear along the contours, set against a plain light gray background.
