Isis is dressed in a narrow, close-fitting robe. On her head is a fragment of the base of a crown. Horus is naked, wearing a neck ornament; his head bears a lock of youth hanging from the right side and a uraeus placed above his forehead. On the base of the figurine is a hieroglyphic votive text.
