Ushabti, A shabti figurine dressed in a shroud stands on a base. On the head is a smooth wig falling in two strands on the chest. The false beard is smooth and straight. In his hands, crossed on the chest and protruding from under the shroud, he holds hoes in the shape of the letter A. 664–332 BC; Late Period 27–30th Dynasty, Egypt. Ushabti; height 11.8 cm, width 2.8 cm., A slender, upright carved figure shown in profile standing on a rectangular base, with a long, smooth body tapering slightly toward the top and a detailed head with a pronounced nose and long hair or headdress that falls down the back; the surface appears rough and worn with textured pitting and irregularities. The visible colors include reddish-brown, dark brown, and patches of grayish tones, with lighter gray around the base and faint darker spots along the shaft. The background is a uniform pale gray.
