On the sides of the fetish are winged goddesses Isis and Nephthys and the Horuses of Edfu. At the base of the fetish are depictions of Upuaut. Above the fetish is a depiction of a ram-headed bird with outstretched wings Amun-Ra and Wadjet cobra, Osiris, and three Sons of Horus.
