Deep, cup-shaped clay bowl with a slightly convex bottom and sides arching upwards; straight, flat, flaring rim. Made of Nile clay NB1 ? and covered with an engobe mixed with red ochre and thoroughly polished, giving a red color. Well preserved with slight clay damage on the rim. Comparative parallels place it among Old Kingdom types 4th–6th Dynasty; measurements: height 15.1 cm, lip diameter 27.6 cm, bottom diameter 11.8 cm, weight 1.3 kg., A wide, shallow bowl-shaped object with a flared rim sits on a smooth flat surface; it appears made of an earthy terracotta material showing a reddish-brown color with lighter worn patches and small speckles, and the interior and exterior surfaces share the same reddish-brown hue with subtle variations; the background and surface are a cool gray, creating contrast with the pot's warm tones.
