Female terracotta figurine of a standing woman positioned frontally on a quadrangular base. The figure's head, set on a massive neck, is adorned with a polos diadem. The face is oval with a large nose, parted mouth, and clearly defined eyebrow arches. Hair, pinned under the polos, falls over the shoulders and back. The body is almost entirely covered by a peplos with a long apotygm tied at the waist; the garment falls to the ground creating regular, horizontal folds. Arms fall along the torso; in her right hand she holds a patera, and in her left she clutches an object resembling an apple or pomegranate the latter supports an identification as Persephone. Traces of a chalk polychrome base are visible across the surface; remnants of light red paint are visible in the recesses of the robe and remnants of dark red polychrome on the base. Figurine; height 34 cm, width 10.5 cm, depth 9 cm, weight 0.75 kg., A carved standing figure of a person on a rectangular base, rendered in a weathered beige and light brown stone with areas of white residue, wearing a long pleated garment with vertical folds and a belted waist, hair arranged in wavy locks framing the face and a flat circular headpiece, hands extended at the sides with one holding a rounded object, bare feet visible at the front of the base, all set against a plain gray background with subtle shadowing.
