Sculptural sketch with a king in a proportional grid; relief models; sketches; king iconographic. Irregular plate with a drawing of a measuring grid, on it a drawing of the king in right profile, with arms raised in a gesture of adoration. The figure is preserved up to the waist, with the loincloth and necklace visible. Head obliterated. 332–30 BC; Ptolemaic Period. Edfu site of finding. Model. Height 15 cm, width 11 cm, depth 1.5 cm, weight 0.286 kg., A roughly triangular broken stone slab with a weathered surface showing a mix of beige, tan, light brown, and faint reddish-brown patches, with lighter off-white edges and chips; the surface has several thin cracks and scratches, a few darker smudges, and a small area with a darker grayish mark near one edge, set against a plain neutral gray background.
