Oil lamp, Horse iconography. Lamp pressed from a mold. Light red clay with brownish-red engobe. Almond-shaped container. Ring-shaped, slightly concave base with a mold mark of two notches letter lambda or simplified alpha. A single groove runs from the base toward the nozzle. Solid nozzle. Arms decorated with a simplified winding vine s-scroll motif. Slightly concave discus with two olive holes, decorated with a depiction of a horse galloping left. Medium-length burner with an oval end and a round wick hole. No traces of use. 4th–5th century, Tunisia. Oil lamp. Height 10.7 cm, width 6.9 cm., A single worn, boat-shaped clay object is shown against a plain gray background; the object has an irregular rounded form with a higher curved end and a lower tapered end, a textured surface with visible scratches and pits, and a shallow, oval recessed area on its top. The colors visible include reddish-brown, terracotta, rust, beige, and small areas of darker brown, with subtle lighter patches and slight variations in tone across the surface.
