Queen Maatkare's shabti, Divine Wife of Amun, cartouches, hieroglyphs, uraeus iconographic, Maatkare ca. 1069–945 BC, wigs, funerary figurine, grave good, mummy-shaped figurine. Arms crossed on the chest, right folded over left, holding hoes in each hand. On the back is a basket slung on strings over both shoulders. Facial details, wig, and tools painted in a dark color. Three-part smooth wig; a uraeus above the forehead; bracelets on the wrists. Painted inscription on the front of the legs in one wide column framed with lines: Shd Osiris, the wife of the god, the lord of both lands, Maat-ka-re. Third Intermediate Period; 21st Dynasty, Egypt. Shabti. Height 12 cm, width 4.4 cm., A small standing figurine with crossed arms mounted on a rectangular block; the figurine is predominantly bright turquoise with darker blue and black areas on the hair, face, and details, showing a slightly worn or mottled surface; the figure wears a long garment that extends to the base and has darker linear markings along its front and lower portion; the hair is long and dark, framing the face, and the facial features are softly modeled in the same turquoise and dark tones; the mounting block is a warm muted yellow with a textured surface, and the background is a neutral light gray.
