Doll with movable limbs, unknown Corinthian workshop, restitution provenance, toys, dolls, human figurines, 500–450 BC, Corinth, figurine; height 13.9 cm, width 4.1 cm, depth 1.9 cm, weight 0.05 kg, A worn carved wooden figure shown in profile against a plain gray background, with a smooth elongated head and stylized facial features, a long neck, and a narrow torso; the figure has articulated limbs with one arm extended forward ending in a rounded hand and the other arm resting alongside the body, and legs positioned as if walking with one foot pointed forward and the other angled back. The surface shows weathered textures, scuffs, and areas of lighter residue, with overall brown tones ranging from dark brown to lighter tan and small patches of off-white.
