Large, wide-open, convex eyes; large, straight nose; narrow mouth with wide, slightly curled, pouting lips. Face with a strong chin alluding to classical traditions. 4th century BC, Central Italy, votive offering. Height 27.3 cm, width 20.5 cm, depth 18.5 cm, weight 3.5 kg., A sculpted head viewed in profile, made of a speckled beige material with a rough, grainy texture; the form shows a defined nose, lips, chin, and a smooth rounded back of the head, all resting on a short neck and a slightly irregular rounded base. Colors visible include beige, tan, light brown, and small dark gray and black speckles, set against a pale gray background.
