Votive head, Head of a young man covered with a shawl, from under which hair emerges in the form of a fringe and falls in curls below the temples, covering the ears. Large, wide-open, and convex eyes, large, straight nose, narrow mouth with wide, slightly curled, as if pouting lips. The face with a strong chin alludes to classical traditions. 4th century BC, Central Italy, votive offering; height 27.3 cm, width 20.5 cm, depth 18.5 cm, weight 3.5 kg., A sculpted stone head in profile facing left, showing a smooth rounded skull and defined facial features including a straight nose, closed lips, and a subtle chin, with a visible ear and traces of carved hair near the temple; the surface is textured and pitted with a grainy appearance, exhibiting a warm tan color with darker gray-brown speckles and small areas of lighter beige, set against a neutral gray background and resting on a clear circular base that reflects slightly.
