Amulet - Ptah-dwarf Pataikos, Ptah-dwarf mythology. Figurine of a naked dwarf man with a large head with a wide forehead, short arms with clenched fists pressed to the hips, and short legs broken off at the knees. Careful modelling. 7th–4th century BC; Late Period, Egypt. Figurine, amulet. Height 6.5 cm, width 3.7 cm, depth 2.6 cm., A small, weathered figurine shown from the back standing on a flat surface, with a rounded head, short neck, broad shoulders, and a rounded torso and legs; the surface shows an uneven, mottled texture with patches of greenish patina and areas of brown and tan discoloration, and a few darker spots; the background is a smooth, neutral gray.
