Udja-hera shabti, Udja-hera ca. 380–343 BC. Mummy-shaped funerary figurine shabti, Late Period, 30th Dynasty, Egypt. Height 15.5 cm, width 3.9 cm. Standing on a base with back supported by a pillar. Arms crossed on the chest, right folded over left; elbows and shoulders subtly marked. Holds hoes in each hand with slightly curled handles; right hand also holds a twisted rope from which a basket is slung over the left shoulder. Convex tools and an engraved basket. Wears a long three-part wig combed into narrow strands with main strands ending in borders; long beard slightly tapering and curled. Large ears; proportionate, carefully crafted facial details and a slight smile. Inscription engraved in three columns separated by lines on the front of the figurine's legs. Mentions wigs, hieroglyphs, hoes, beards, Book of the Dead, funerary figurines, grave goods., A vertical statuette in shades of turquoise and blue-green depicting a standing figure with a stylized wig and crossed arms, mounted on a light brown wooden base; the figure's surface shows textural variations and areas of darker and lighter blue-green, with subtle traces of beige or tan on parts of the face and hair, and the background is a uniform mid-gray.
