Date: 332–30 BC, Ptolemaic Period, Egypt., A roughly triangular piece of weathered wood with an uneven, worn surface showing grain patterns, knots, and holes, resting against a flat neutral background. The wood displays a range of brown tones from light tan to darker brown stains and patches, with a few darker smudges and irregular marks across its face. There are several small circular indentations and knot holes, a small metal ring attached near the lower edge, and areas where the wood surface appears roughened or chipped. The background is a uniform gray.
