The figurine's disproportionately large feet rest on a rectangular base. 664–332 BC, Late Period, Egypt. Figurine; height 11 cm, width 9.5 cm, depth 4.5 cm., A painted wooden figure of a bird-like creature with a human face sits on a rectangular base, showing worn and chipped surfaces; the figure's head and upper body have blue paint, with areas of white and beige showing through, the face is mostly beige with traces of darker detailing, the wings display a mix of blue and reddish-brown with flaking pigments, the lower body and base show natural wood tones and beige patches, and there is a muted gray background.
