Medum-type bowl, A small Medum-type bowl with characteristic carination under the rim. Rounded bottom. Arched walls, gently breaking towards the center of the vessel around 2/3 of its height. Straight, perpendicular rim. Narrow, sloping shoulders. The diameter of the rim is significantly smaller than the diameter of the vessel's arms. Clay probably NB2. The vessel's surface is leveled and covered with a layer of engobe, and then polished. Vessel color - red. c. 2686–2181 BC; Old Kingdom, Edfu. Vessel; height 4.5 cm, diameter 11 cm rim, diameter 11.6 cm arms., A top-down view of a round, shallow bowl with a smooth continuous rim, showing an interior surface with a worn, slightly uneven texture and tiny pits and scratches. The bowl is primarily reddish-brown with areas of darker and lighter brown, and subtle hints of ochre and grayish tones along the rim and inner curve. The background is a flat neutral gray.
