Medum-type bowl, A small Medum-type bowl with characteristic carination under the rim. Rounded bottom. Arched walls, gently breaking towards the center of the vessel around 2/3 of its height. Straight, perpendicular rim. Narrow, sloping shoulders. The diameter of the rim is significantly smaller than the diameter of the vessel's arms. Clay probably NB2. Surface leveled and covered with a layer of engobe, then polished. Vessel color: red. c. 2686–c. 2181 BC; Old Kingdom, Edfu. Vessel; height 4.5 cm, diameter 11 cm rim, diameter 11.6 cm arms., A reddish-brown rounded clay vessel with a slightly flared rim, showing surface texture, small chips, and cracks, set against a plain light gray background; a small rectangular patch with worn edges and a bit of dark framing is visible on the lower outer surface.
