Straight, slightly widening spout whose diameter is slightly larger than the shoulders. Even surface covered with a red engobe and polished. Vessel color: red. Fairly well preserved with minor losses on the rim. c. 2494–c. 2181 BC; Old Kingdom, 5th–6th Dynasty, found at Edfu. Vessel; height 7 cm, spout diameter 26.4 cm, weight 0.90 kg., A shallow, round ceramic bowl in reddish-brown with a slightly darker interior rim and subtle variations in tone across its surface, showing a few small chips and worn areas along the rim and outer body, resting on a light gray background with soft shadow beneath it.
